第一轮审稿3个审稿人, 两个publish with minor revision (reviewer 1 and 3), 一
个publish elsewhere (reviewer 2). 副主编发回来要求修改.
修改好后编辑又发给了reviewer 4和reviewer 5, 一个publish with minor revision
(top 5%), 另一个publish elsewhere.
然后编辑又发给了review 6和reviewer 7, 一个publish with minor revision, 另一
个publish elsewhere.
编辑回信说因为7个里面有三个publish elsewhere, 所以根据editor's policy, 把我
们据了.
这种情况还有可能申诉不? 哪位有经验的说一下. 谢谢! |

终于有了一个洋“方黑”。谁啊？就是科罗拉多大学图书馆员Jeffrey Beall。
方黑像那些电信骗子，采取的是广种薄收的策略，发的邮件多了，总有上当的。但此前
其成效甚微。他们曾向几十家国外出版社投诉，说我“剽窃”他们的插图，但只有一家
来向我问是怎么回事，对我的解释表示理解。他们曾向几十位国外作者投诉我“剽窃”
他们的文章，最后只有Root-Bernstein信了（方黑造谣说他是我的导师，其实我根本不

现在在各种系统都要留联系邮箱，很多网站都是以邮箱做用户名。如果你用私人邮箱和
其他人保持联系，换个邮箱就更不容易。
现在为啥广告多？就是因为免费＋广告是绝大多数publisher的收入模式，免费会让
publisher的内容有更多的机会接触到受众，而广大的用户并不想为所有的内容付费。
只不过，当绝大多数publisher都采用这个模式时，广告就显得泛滥了，而且高质量高
定向的广告不够，导致用户体验下降。
如果有了新的商业模式，广告绝对垮的最快，但是，从互联网这么多年的发展来看，还
没有找到其他适合绝大多数publisher的收入模式。
只有这个模式还在，就会有更多的办法来削减adblock的影响。
你的浏览器是你自己的没错，所以，你可以决定装什么插件。
同样，publisher的网站也是publisher自己的，poblisher也可以决定什么样的用户可
以浏览他的网站。

所有的journal papers都能在verticalnews和highbeam上找到，基本上就是节选paper
里的introduction和conclusion。我的问题是在这些网站上标出了source, 比如说
computer weekly news. 放狗搜了一下发现这个属于computerweekly.com, wiki上的介
绍见后。这个能包装成媒体报道吗？
还有无数网站都转载了论文，比如zdnet, techrepublic等，这个能吹吗？还是大家的
论文都是这样的？
还找到一本电子书是ScholarlyEditions published的，有isbn号，也提到了我的一片
journal，不过内容和上面的网站报道几乎一样，也是节选。这个值得吹吗？
居然在amazon.com上找到一本书，作者是我自己。原来就是我的phd thesis。想起来有
出版商联系过问要不要把thesis出书，没当回事。结果就出了，还卖$70？我都不知道
，算不算掉了个馅饼阿。这个要不要吹阿？怎么包装好呢？谢谢

师的建议, 在这里给个模板：
本人背景简介： 生物类，交EB-1A I-140时共有7次审稿（6个期刊，the highest IF =
3.2, 不计revision's review）。Review被单独列为一项claim。I-140交后30天被
approve。今年2月交的485，GC在4月收到。去掉准备485材料的时间，I-140和485总共
用了91天。
模板：
1. 来自Jounal的3封EM --
(1) invitation letter from editor;
(2) confirmation letter showing that you have accepted this invitation;
(3) confirmation letter showing that you have submitted your review
comments.
2. 现在都是网上直接提交review comments。提交后，打印显示你account信息的截屏

总共才60+citation，他引~20。Review一项IO赞同；contribution一项IO不赞同，我打
算补充2封推荐信和最新我的一些会议报告，不过感觉没有办法提供solid evidence。
