朋友因家庭纠纷被arrested, 原因主要是当事人语言障碍，把事情夸大了，当事人非常
后悔事发时叫警察。后来这个案子因为当事人没有出庭指证，案子也被dismissed消案
。不幸这个arrest record可能终生都无法抹掉。
请问接触过类似事件的朋友，在找新工作过程中，这个arrest record会不会在
background check中显示出来，对找工作造成负面影响？

－用 SmartMedia卡，自带的卡的32M, 录一首简单的歌就满了，所以第一件事就是买一
张 128M的卡。不知道更高容易的卡是否支持。
－4 Track, 但是每个 Track 可以录10个音轨，只是你只能录、放其中一个。所以录一首
稍微复杂的歌，用完4个Track之后，可以把它们合到两个TRACK的空闲音轨上，另两个TRA
CK换个音轨继续录。（我说的单轨是指的 V-Take, 不知道翻得对不对）
－内置一个MIC, 在我只有一个不插电吉它的时候就用它录，效果还不错。
－内置效果器，可以处理吉它，人声（Sucks but ok for casual recording)，最后合成
的处理--这个很不错！我 |

records in table 2 and table 3. The query works fine on my machine (server
2005). I moved to clients Server (server 2000), the query works for most
cases, however there a few records get selected even they don't have any
corresponding records in table 2 and table 3 -- run select query on table 2
and 3 returns nothing. We can't figure out why this is happening? |

server 1, server 2是 linked server，可以直接query。
table 不大，thousands of records。用于看看到底有什么异同。不考虑performance。

我是在voltage clamp条件下（－80mv及＋40mv）记录EPSC，溶液用的是大部分都用的
胞外溶液外加picrotoxin以block掉GABAergic neurotransmission，那个我们实验室一
直用，应该没什么问题，osmolarity 在305－310之间，电极液用的是CsCl溶液，加入
了TEA, QX-314，以便block K＋和Cl－通道，然后用了比较高的EGTA做Ca buffer，因
为我不需要看plasticity，实际上是希望能避免掉plasticity发生。osmolarity是275
，ph7.3，这些也是文章上用的配方，我感觉应该没什么问题。
我的记录方式是，现在－80mv条件下刺激产生一个清晰稳定的EPSC，过数分钟感觉比较
稳定了之后开始降低刺激强度（调整刺激输出电流），知道到某个点刚刚刺激产生一个
单个的突出反应，或者没反应，连续刺激就会有时候产生反应（通常是单个的），有时

08年中的时候搬家到德州,当时换保险的时候德州的agent明确说了我的driving record
里有ticket的记录
然后现在正在renew保险,重新quote了一圈,今天state farm的agent跟我说在我的
driving record里面看不到任何ticket记录,我说我08年有ticket,而且的确是3年内的,
她说他查不到,就可以按没有ticket帮我quote,会便宜很多
但是我不知道这个靠不靠谱阿,别到真出事的时候他再说我隐瞒记录不给理赔就亏大了.

400sf，2150变成1725.lg当初做的appraisal也没发现这个问题啊，可事过8年，他也找
不到当年的appraisal的报告了，同小区同floor plan的房子出来的appraisal也是1700
+sf，但它们的county record 和tax record也都是2150啊，好像再找人做appraisal也

是6088 sqft，Redfin，Zillow，卖家的list和appraisal列的lot size都是6088 sqft
。可是close完之后，我们查到有的网站上这个房子在county的public record里面，
lot size是5663 sqft，少了425 sqft！agent帮我们查了下，说county public record
确实是5663 sqft。可是很奇怪的是管交税的office of county assessor网站上有
assessor's parcel map，在这个地图上这个房子lot的长宽面积和开始卖家list的是一
样的，面积是6088 sqft。我们有点糊涂了：
county的这个public record到底是以哪个为准？
需不需要找land survey来测量lot size？如果最后量出来的lot size比6088 sqft小很
多，可以回头去找seller吗？毕竟我们买房子一直是以为买的是6088 sqft多的lot啊。

一楼小了40尺，二楼小了75尺）。心里很不爽，但是卖方提供的尺寸就是county网站上
tax record的尺寸。我又看了周围的6套房子的尺寸，appraisal report上把他们列为
估价对比对象。发现一问题，新房子的的尺寸（redfin上面的）也是报告采用的尺寸比
county网站上tax record的尺寸小一些（100-200尺）。二手房（也就住过两三年吧）

学校ISSO询问原因，USCIS回复说是我的travel record显示我提交申请的时候
不在美国，与2011年3月20日离开了美国没有回来的记录，这个明显是错误的，我手里
还有2011年2月入境的I94,之后一直没有离开过美国，我仔细查了一下自己的
旅行记录，当时返回美国的时候发现往返机票比单程便宜，就定了一个往返的机票，
机票的返程时间刚好是2011年3月20日，但是我自己其实只是用了来美国这一程，
后面的那一半就没用了，当时纯粹是为了便宜，估计可能是USCIS或者是航空公司
把我的travel record弄错了。
因此请教一下有经验的各位老大们，我如何能够让USCIS correct我的travel
record啊？是否需要infopass？

当初建成时(1990年)如何通过city的 inspection? 现任房主2005年买入这个房子,后来
有很多次refinance/appraisal,我觉得现任房主不可能不知道City record 的房子的面
积有很大的错误.

但是法庭还要求提交driving record，驾驶课里有request driving record的option，
但价格都等于再上一次课了……
就想请教下有没有便宜些的driving record的获取途径呀？
