今天中午12点半离开公司，1点半到Chinatown。
去吃了点东西，逛了一个有Citizen表的店，拍了一款长得比较象的原始表带的照片，
想着可以当表带长度对比的证据。然后2点过到小额法庭。
取号，登记，等叫号……然后按指示到一个Chamber。
小小的房间，里面坐了一位Registrar，Registrar面前一张桌子，对面二把空椅子。我
们进去坐下，Registrar要求手机关机，并且检查，称不得录音。然后看了二个人的证
件。接着，我介绍了经过出示了一些证据材料，那个店主时不时抗议一下。
Registrar其实只是一个中间协调人，如果协调不成功，才另外安排时间，真正进入法
律程序，那时才真正需要出示证据，法院根据法律条款裁决。
总的来说，Registrar还是挺帮我的。指出我的表才买一天，说如果进入法律程序，一
般来说，为保护消费者权益，才买一天的东西出了故障顾客应该是有权要求退货的。店
家几乎是马上同意退，但称表我用了一天，要算折旧，扣50块，只退400，我拒绝。无
良店家再辩，我用信用卡付费，有3%的信用卡服务费他要扣下来，只退436.5。对这个

我读博士的时候，隔壁实验室有个尼日利亚的黑人哥们，人不错，我和他关系也还行，
但读书真不行。我们系有门课是必修课，还是他老板的课，丫开始的时候很得意，说内
容在尼日利亚已经学过了，但到后来就不行了，考试一塌糊涂。
有次他趴在桌子上在哭，担心混不下去了。我实在看不下去了，带着他去找grad
school的registrar, 我和registrar有私人友情，直接带着他进registrar的办公室 ..
. 算是把他给安抚好了
现在我混industry, 他混academia ... 看看他的抬头一般人还会肃然起敬，但知道底

它解释说“A certified birth certificate has a registrar's raised, embossed,
impressed or multicolored seal, registrar's signature, and the date the
certificate was filed with the registrar's office, which must be within 1
year of your birth. Some short (abstract) versions of birth certificates may
not be acceptable for passport purposes. ”
我只收到一份出生证，也看不出什么“raised, embossed, impressed or
multicolored seal”。它也没有标明是不是“short (abstract) version”。我是不
是应该去另外要一 |
