发帖数: 2230 | 2 很多回贴都是胡说. 对rust, 你要用细砂纸磨掉, 然后上prime, 然后喷漆.
non-rust scratch, 你也要用细砂纸磨平, 然后用touch up paint, 到你dealer那里去
买适配的颜色.
完了之后用 polish compound, 让颜色和周围的颜色均匀. 有条件的, 用grinder磨,
没条件的用pad自己手工磨. 总之, 你要弄好, 自己做也不是很简单轻易的. 找shop,
花费一百5左右吧.

conditions, rotor is made of high grade steel - it wont rusts so easily
my guess is your sound comes from a strout spring - some big GM cars are
known to make such noise, dealer will tell you he cant find nothing wrong,

It went as low as 24 in the winter, mostly local driving.
The interior is OK, not great. It gave me the feeling that it was downgraded
from a better car. I once tested a Nissan Sentra, which has a horrible
interior.
Another potential issue is rusting. Many owners in Canada complained of
rusting. Admittedly, their cars were much older, but I am not sure whether
MAZDA has fixed the problem. It is only a concern if you live in the snow
belt. |

更稳，虽然有turbo lag但是加速毫不吃力，s60车重差不多，但是开起来有点飘，不知
道是发动机动力好还是悬挂的调教不同，还有就是两车的service的确不同，cadillac
要更好一些，下面是从MT的warranty信息：

买钢锅，淬了火后来也生锈，今天
那个生锈的锅刷干净了也吓了我一跳：上面用纸擦下很多rust。不知我们以前吃进肚子
多少rust。。。不知孩子中毒了
没。。。
大家推荐一款健康耐用的炒锅吧！80刀以下的。我们在很偏的地方，没中国城。

的同学低了有50%. 可能这确实没有什么，但我担心，以后换工作的时候怎么给另一个
公司解释。而且我还有一个比较高的学历，我曾经还挺钻研的，但是我现在对钻研也没
有兴趣了。有时候当我兴致高昂的和offshore 的同事email 解决问题的时候，一个结
果，我要等n 天，然后慢慢地我也就懒得理会那些project. |

，（townhouse本身没有地下室）。condo association答应给修，但是担心他们不好好
修，或一些问题根本修不好，很喜欢这个townhouse，但是我们最多会住5年，所以很担
心卖的时候这些会出问题，买家会不会看到曾经出过这些问题，就直接walk away了？
请大家帮忙看看，多谢了。

如下:
The latch for the rear gate is loose and should be secured.
The chimney cap is showing signs of rusting. Need to be covered with a rust
retardant coating.
The outlet on the front exterior wall is wired backwards. Need to be fixed.
Many outlets in the home show signs of loose wire connection. Need to be
fixed.
The insulation for the garbage disposal wiring has been torn near the unit.

3 is control signal wire to the board.
4 is the 220V ac that actually runs the compressor.
B is called service disconnect, it is to protect the repair men not to get
shocked accidentally.
If the box is not rust through, you can just remove the rust and paint over,
some box use fuse inside, you can just replace them with copper pipe if you
want to.

我们也就提了一句和disclosure上写的不一样，我们更在意的是condition。可是对方
就是不和我们谈condition, 非在age上没完没了，反而对rust和leaking的问题避而不
谈。我们不知道下面怎么谈呀，我们原本就没打算再谈这个age问题，我们只是把
inspector的意见写上repair or replace，可是对方回复就是上面写的，没说要修呀。

南卡就是BMW x5的生产基地。没听说过缺人。南部，不算东岸吧，Alabama 全部的
Honda odyssey, accord, Mercedes ml350, gl450都在那里生产。德国车供货全球。
跑到康州，全部的美国核潜艇都在那里生产。全部的GE发动机都在那里生产。
制造业也分高中低的。
trump要拿回来的是pharmacuticals ，要拿回来的是电子组装，要积极推进的上让白人
去替代外国硕士拿华尔街，保险，IT的位置。要吸引外国投资人才和技术人才。trump
要提高eb5标准。但是到目前为止，没有动一点点eb1。
全部政策和他共完全一致，全面对接。只不过他共要腾笼换鸟，trump要把鸟养到rust
