我现在用的平台是ipaq，linux kernel是2.4.18，java是blackdown的1.3.1
我用java sound API写一个播放声音文件的小程序，这个小程序在redhat或者windowsXP
下的JVM上跑都没有问题，可以播放声音文件(.wav)。然后我把这个程序放到ipaq上跑
结果就播放不了声音，整个程序在调用播放声音那里就停住了。我可以肯定的是，ipaq上
的声音设备是好的，因为其他非java写的播放器都可以播放声音出来。然后我就查看
dataline的情况，发现dataline的buffer很快就满了。按道理来说，我们往dataline的
buffer写数据，然后声音设备就会从buffer那里读数据，然后播放出来。
在一个mailling list上，我看到一个99年的post，一个人也抱怨有同样的问题。
后来，他发现java在播放声音的时候，实际上是在用/dev/audio来播放，而恰好
他没有对这个文件进行写操作的权限，后来他把权限给设了之后，就好了。
于是我就查看了一 |

整个系统的sound都不work。
我当然check过自己有没有mute speaker。
我google了一阵子，各式各样的解决方式都对我没什么作用，我想我是没有找到问题关
键所在，所以上来问问。
我承认自己的提问方式太粗略，可是你的回答也相当rude，以为别人都这样无知，不假思索就上来浪费别人的时间问这个么？

基本上是声卡的驱动问题.
去HP的网站下一个此型号的SOUND的驱动就好了. |

终于自己找到答案了：
The actual solution I implemented was to create a new user profile. I first
tried restoring the old user profile to a new profile, but that didn't work -
the problem was "restored", too (see my comment below guidway's "accepted"
answer for link to this procedure). So I created another new profile and used

建议：
1）赞同另辟新场地，如目前的webradio或musicvideo，比较倾向于后者；
2）建议改名。一来可反映版面性质与讨论范畴，便于推广；二来方便新人加入。
既已确定名称（中文：音乐听堂；英文：Sound of Music），会于系统OK时进行修改；
至于推广，几种方式：
1）公告：放于首页公告栏；
2）十大：需要一定数量ID的回复；
3）置顶或推荐：版面有好的文章，版主可向站务推荐；
4）活动：版面可单独或与其他版联合举办活动，至相关版面宣传扩大影响力。
