就是carage处在陡坡下，p车不方便，出去扔垃圾也要爬坡
agent觉得影响resale value所以现在overprice了
想问问有多少人会care steep driveway? 本地基本不下雪 |

发帖数: 96 | 3 只要你做steep turn的时候不会从天上掉下来就行了，altitude控制不好的话以后自己
上去练几次就行了。Private的steep turn才45度所以其实只有1.4G，你就算bank到60
度也才有2倍而已，呵呵。每个人的G tolerance，但是稍微练习一下就习惯了。你要是
真的觉得positive G不舒服的话，可以试一下特技飞行员的技巧，收腹并且腹部和腿部
同时用力，这样子有助于把血液保持在上半身。
solo的要求其实说白了就是教练相信你能安全地飞回到地面，不需要完美，只要安全就
行了。所以stall这些你起码得掌握如何恢复。 |

This is a stupid comment. I explained to the cowokers that as long as the
beam seat is level and the substructure is vertical, there is no so-called
longitudinal component of he dead load. Stupid coworker does not agree and
keeps saying the bridge will slide due to the steep grade, and he thinks

bottom of the load plate is always level. under the load plate is the
bearing.
Some design guides (such as Penn DOT) says you need to consider it for
bridge on steep grade with INCLINED bearing. |

这次我决定为这个三翠写个很详细的报告，主要是想让各位小伙伴能对这个著名的ride
有个直接的了解，为以后的人去骑提供点帮助。文笔很烂又爱跑题，各位将就了！
前言：
事前我十天没骑车，除了度假和啤酒，啥也没干，算是被迫taper了。
事实证明，只要一不怕苦，二不怕“死”，三不怕大胆，人人都能骑三翠。
虽然我骑过三翠，但是最难的只有100mile/6000尺爬升。
星期四和缪哥联系上，周五出去lunch ride,算是见面认识了。很遗憾我临时改时间，
要不缪哥还可以认识大名鼎鼎的老费。周五顶风飙了18迈，很过瘾，大概是taper了十
天的结果，感觉很好，觉得信心爆棚的可以去报名death ride了（晚上回家查资料，发
现6/25还会再re-open registration）。
周六清早临时决定不去大波罗，”含泪饮恨”错过拜见鼠鼠，对不起哈！

这里先扯steep and cheap. 如果对某项运动已经结束了入门认知阶段，对装备已经没
有依赖了，steep and cheap不用再花时间在上面。“steep and cheap出来的都是烂货
"。 首先Backcountry永远不会有值得关注的折扣，那点$20和20%的deal，讲出来都寒
碜。它家出来的deal，肯定是他家自己都觉得不好的东西。 事实也的确如此，sac在
sale的东西，都是每一项领域里很一般的装备。最近常出现bd hotwire已经是最近一年
最有吸引力的东西了。但是，我印象里除了omega pacific的wiregate，实在想不出比
hotwire更差的东西了…… 重，手感奇差。
当然，上面是对装备没有依赖的人讲的。对于beginner，这是不要错过的东西。
接着讲petzl spirit。spirit不重。因为它就是用来爬最难的sport climbing的。对于
磕线的人，每个快挂重个50g，对极限攀登能力没有毛影响。10个快挂才500g，一泡尿

lost is an ice axe and a pair of sunglasses.
It was a Mountaineer's scramble trip. Our original destination was West
Granite, but changed to Pratt Mountain because of cornices. Pratt Mountain
is supposed to have a "safe" route to the summit following the ridge. It is
on the ridge that I slipped off for about 300 vertical feet.

目前状况：Plantar Fisciitis刚好，也可能没好完。大上周跑个6迈, 有两个大坡，结
果跑完脚跟又疼了好几天。
比赛路线：几乎全部是长长短短的斜坡，我去试跑了一下，很吃力。8分的pace比跑步机上7分的pace难得多，可能腿部力量还是太差。
个人目标：上次跑平路5K, 24:48, 希望这次至少能提高点。
问题
1. 跑上下坡该用什么跑姿？身体前倾？下坡顺其自然跑，似乎对脚跟冲击很大。
2. 按理说我该穿神鞋Nimbus跑坡，但是那个鞋沉，我是不是该豁出去，穿个轻的
freerun跑，反正就5K，应该不会出大问题。
3. 还剩3个星期，临阵磨枪，不亮也光。现在该用个什么计划训练？跑tempo/interval好象还都行，但是实在不敢再去跑hill training了。

spring skiing我也没意见，好好利用这个时间就行了。我一个人去，不打算租车，住
还没定，雪场下面或者shuttle到的镇子吧。
自己考虑的两个方案：
1. Winter Park, 7-9号滑3天，全天group lesson (加ticket 3天才360，包午饭，太
便宜了)，lesson里适合我的是bumps&steep，但是不知道到时会不会有合适的组员，不
过有人一起，总比自己滑有意思些。不知道普通group lesson教学的成分有多少。顾虑
是3天都在一个地，万一condition不好就衰了，另外还想滑些steep，winter park的山
顶上那块都是有树的么？
10号打算做amtrak到SLC，和小伙伴汇合，路上观赏风景
pro: lesson package给力，mogul和steep是目前学习重点，交通方便
con: 万一condition不好一下3天会不会很无聊？虽然我没一定要去vail，但其他大雪
