Medicaid在多数州头五年的移民不能申请，而且即使过了5年或者是没有5年限制的那些
州，对收入和财产都有要求，估计多数有退休金且有一定存款的父母，除非你瞒报，否
则基本都过线了。
于是考虑Obamacare，我从网上读了很多信息，目前的理解是：Obamacare没有新移民的
5年限制，而且对收入和财产的要求比Medicaid宽松很多，收入只要低于4倍贫困线，都
或多或少可以得到subsidy。财产貌似没有要求（也许是我没看到）。
但现在有个问题 -- 多数父母拿的绿卡都是子女经济担保的family-based，这里头要求
父母在绿卡期间不能成为美国的经济负担，任何负担应有子女这个担保人承担。这个

年是一年工资的一半。我买房超级小白一个，想问一下有没有大侠帮我扫扫盲。
这个subsidy是怎么work的？可以用来付downpay吗，还是一个月一个月给的？会算作额
外收入要多交税吗？

转申请经验如下：
孩子上幼儿园了，第一天我就问那儿的supervisor如何申请subsidy，要多长时间。她告诉我可能只要一天，并且拿出申请说明材料，还给我这儿幼儿园对口的人的名字，说只要是60000元一下的年收入，存款少于7000就可试一下。
由于subsidy对存款有要求，所以等到账上只剩下五千多了，我才根据材料上给的电话，打了过去，对方告诉我需要一个安排个时间评估，有两种方法，一是周一指定一个时间，另外是周三按先到先得得原则排队。我就要她安排在周一。地点在NorthYork CivicCenter
准备的材料，那个说明材料上都有，我也列一下
1。雇主证明，说你是全日制工作得，工资多少(不要太多,不要超过5000/m)
2。工资条。其实1。2两项选其一就可以。
3。太太没有工作，linc班学习，就用linc班学习的证明。
4。所有的花费证明。包括保险，房租，cable，电话等等(越多越好)

cost上去，系统无论如何没法输入。
虽然最后贷款额都一样，但因为现在我的首付不到20%，如果把原本要出closing cost
的钱放进首付里去的话离达到20%就比较近了，以后refinance或者取消PMI也快。
但银行那边就是不给，貌似就是因为我的首付不到20%，而且condo查的比较严格
有人有类似经验的么？有什么办法可以放上去？ |

加上快出生的宝宝就是$1500。听说今年被雷的人可以申请65% off的cobra subsidy,没
有绿卡的前H1也可以申请到吗？另外想问问可以用IRA付保险金和医疗费用而不交10%
early withdrawal penalty吗？如果可以的话是只要证明收入低就行了，还是要证明已
经没有其他的存款可以支付相关费用了？我们不打算在美国退休，所以想找个法子不交

非法移民，因为他打算直接让让非移合法化。所以即使边境安全争议解决了，还有医保
问题。下面是华盛顿邮报周日的原文。地下室索男花了成千上万去办绿卡，交税。居然
有华裔利钵肉说强制让非法移民买保险“impose an insurmountable burden on them

status”。我操，为省一点医保费都能让非法移民不去申请合法化。这合法化太廉价，
