1、 “武汉邮科院和电信科学技术研究院合并”这个事确实是有的，而且是早已确定了
的。怎么会临时又带上中兴？

首先，笔者并不认为美国存在真正意义上的对华“友好”的政界和学界人物，以
及所谓的“中国人民的老朋友”，因为美国人的视野和观念本质上都深深植根于一种以
美国利益为核心的美国中心主义。因此，笔者需要首先澄清的是，本文讨论问题的前提
不是寻找和界定美国学者在政治上“亲华”的人物，也并不夸大这些人的作用，而仅仅
是从认知的角度指出和分析美国学界的中国观中存在的一条相对理智，客观，自省的脉
络。这条思路的存在说明，在认知领域，并非所有美国学者都因为视中国为敌而刻意扭
曲和污损中国的形象。在对中国的理解和阐释中，这部分相对理性和冷静的声音表达出
来的观念和视角既不是妖魔化中国，也不是一味吹捧中国，其理性的一面对于中国人重
新审视自身，以及重新看待自己的对外形象是一定帮助的。
同时，这些相对冷静的研究就其效果来说，还恰恰有助于破除对“友好”的迷信

《中导条约》（INF Treaty）的全称是《美苏消除两国中程和短程导弹条约》，本来就
是美苏两国之间的条约。
