月没怎么锻炼减了体重8%，肚子下去的很明显。
早餐可以选择：全麦面包，水果（香蕉为主），鸡蛋蛋白，低糖cereal等。 除非你上
午运动量很大不要吃花生酱果酱黄油这些东西。
午餐：鸡肉，牛油果，生菜混合的沙拉。选balsamic vinegar, sesame ginger这种低
热量dressing，远离Caesar/Ranch/千岛等。
晚餐家里是传统中餐没法避免。完全不吃米饭是最简单的法子。肉菜照吃。 同时劝说
ld买高质量的鸡鸭鱼肉，尽量减少红肉，减少油炸，多用烤箱。
尽量不喝任何带糖的饮料。 比如不喝soda，咖啡不加糖，茶不喝sweeten过的，一天
一杯无糖绿茶挺不错的。
尽量不吃零食甜品，最多尝一口。
饿的时候尽可能忍着，实在不行吃一点水果全麦面包。
关键是自律，抵抗各种美食的诱惑。 以前公司同事生日都是一个cupcake下去，现在
最多吃纸一样薄的一片。 冰激凌吃一勺。

称它简版，因为省去手指饼干环节，整个制作过程对我（比较菜）来说，仍然觉得麻烦
。我平时不吃cheese cake(sour cream)的，买来的提拉米苏总嫌腻，这个方子很适合
我的口味，也受到过很多朋友的好评，发来分享。
书上方子扫描出的adobe文件超过上传限制，只好分割成图片了。
另外提示,
1.做hot milk cake时，我放3/4 Cup（方子上用1 Cup）砂糖已经足够甜了，不爱吃甜
的朋友更要酌情
2.semi-sweet巧克力可用un-sweetened代替 |
