of experience. Fremont, Ca pays $60,000 to a teacher with Master and 5 years
of experience. New Jersey pays even higher, I heard.
Just the amount of annual salary or even hourly rate does not tell much. For
example, $60,000 is barely enough for Bay Area. Also, a lot of the school
districts that pay relatively high salary don't pay for teachers' medical
insurance, and make no contribution to teachers' retirement plan. The |

班上有Lead Teacher ， 1个固定的Teaching Assistant, 然后还有一些天天换的
intern 和 assistant。
是不是只送Lead Teacher ， 1个固定的Teaching Assistant就可以了？每人20可以吗？

我是J2的身份，老公在哈佛交流学习，目前EAD申请已经在核实阶段，应该要不了
多久就能下来了。
在国内，我是一名幼儿园老师，有3年的工作经验，具有教师资格证，普通话等级
证书，自己也非常喜欢小朋友，得到了孩子们与家长的一致好评。由于老公要出来学习
，新婚没多久，两人不舍分开那么久，就一起过来了，现在先想从assistant teacher
开始慢慢适应这里daycare的日常活动程序，上次去了哈佛附属的幼儿园问了情况，很
可惜在一个多月前刚新招了一部分老师，现在没有空缺的名额，所以想上来发个帖，请
求大家的帮助，看看身边是否有幼儿园在招人，帮忙推荐一下或者告诉我一声，万分感

有朋友曾说学前教育貌似薪资不高，assistant teacher可能就只有10美金pre

我家宝宝是2岁9个月的时候送的daycare，我和LG也是找了好几家，和每家的老师都有
过交流，最后选定了儿子现在的这家。最最主要的是这个daycare的老师都非常nice。
小孩子在那儿个个都很开心。我家宝宝刚去的时候，每次送他都哭着不让我走。每次
leading teacher都走过来抱着宝宝，搂着，拍着。。。儿子一个星期就适应好了，以
后每次送他去，他都跑过去hug那个leading teacher。后来儿子刚升到preschool后的1
，2个月，下午去接他，他还经常跑到那个leading teacher的班上和她hug and say
