总部位于美国加利福尼亚州的电视机制造商Vizio 11日对乐视系两家公司提起诉讼，指
控乐视违约，要求乐视依据此前双方约定向其赔付1亿美元，外加惩罚性罚款。
Vizio称，乐视在双方自2015年12月起关于收购及其随后的一系列合作谈判中存在商业
欺诈和违约行为。
据Vizio方面的起诉书，乐视当初以20亿美元要约收购Vizio时，包括贾跃亭本人在内的
乐视多名高管，刻意隐瞒了乐视财务状况不良，根本无力完成这笔交易的事实。而乐视
及其关联公司设计这笔无法完成的交易，是希望获取挽救其自身危机的财务、信用和资
源支持，给公众制造一个乐视财务状况良好、成长性良好和持续正常运营的表象，并同
时获取Vizio的客户资料。
Vizio在起诉书中还说，由于收购没有如期完成，根据双方此前约定，应由第三方存管

打入walmart 和 costco 这样的 super store。然后加上
各种促销手段和低价位促销量。
costco 店sharp sony samsumg LG 都可以算高端
vizio 走中端路线 低价路线。
vizio 本来就有台湾ODM 资金注入。台湾ODM控制部分股份
说vizio 电视比海信好等于说台湾电视厂家做的比海信好。

发帖数: 1502 | 29 一天突发奇想，用１转２的OPTICAL SPLITTER把家里两套旧音响组合了起来，Bose
CineMate GS Series II和VIZIO S4251W，试了一下效果明显不一样，有低音、有环绕
，貌似十分互补。
但毕竟是拼凑而成心里没底，所以想请教一下这里的发烧友我这7.2靠谱吗？就是看电
影用的，这种组合有没有什么我还没有体会出来的致命弱点？另外就是如果靠谱的话，
在此基础上还有无提升空间和修正的地方？VIZIO可调的地方不少，我加强了环绕的效
果，减弱了中置的音量，基本上就是给BOSE加个环绕再多一个VIZIO的SUBWOOFER的意思。
