private issuers to prepare their accounts under IFRS as published by the
IASB without reconciliation to US GAAP.
因为在英国工作并学ACCA (IFRS), 想问一下今后有否到美国发展的可能。

Yes, ACCA is not the best one in UK as it is more international but English
people prefer local ACA, which adopts UK GAAP.
You can use both 'expediture' and 'expense', no problem.
My clients are US companies. I know they say 'vendor', but we call 'supplier
'.
The terminology difference is like the difference between Amereican English
and British English. Not a big deal.
The main difference lies in IFRS and US GAAP, but i heard US GAAP is trying
to merge with IFRS although the process is
