发帖数: 48 | 2 Of course you can. My wife just moved to LA last Dec. I did the smog test
first before going to the DMV. The information will be updated to DMV
automatically. You just need to bring the title of your vehicle, the receipt
of smog test, insurance and several forms which can be downloaded from DMV
website. Plus, you can take a number from the entrance first and do the
vehicle verification before you enter the hall for the registration.
As I remember, these are all you need to bring with you.

registration?
