1。买车的documentation fee是不是必须付的阿？这个fee的数额不管买什么车都是一
样的阿？
2。买车的税是按买车的地方算吗？有的car dealer跟我不是一个城市，是不是就按那
个城市的税算？如果这样的话，到税率低的州去买车是不是很划算？
3。CR-V 有没有必要加tinted window,如果加的话要多少钱？
4。通常一个car dealer 在email 里给的价钱比实际售价还能低多少？
5。是不是有些华人的dealer卖得能便宜些？我之所以这么问，是因为觉得我们这边车
卖得挺贵的，想去加州一些华人的dealer 那里买车，是不是能便宜一些？

4. email价钱若没有特别说明是不包括其它各种费用的（如destination fee,
documentation fee, state tax, tire tax），所以比真正的OTD低。当然你能从这个
OTD上再减多少就不一定了。

Generally say, no
The easy way is to negotiate OTD with dealer, which
include all fees and taxes (declare at the beginning).

another dealer and ask to beat the price. And they'll say yes or no.
