我在完全没有责任的情况下，车子从此成为了“事故损伤车“，大大影响 resale
value, 这样的潜在损失，我的保险公司会不会去帮我找对方公司理论呢 ？如果有这一
项，应该属于什么索赔呢 ？
另外 ，我想问问这种情况下，是让我的保险公司去处理呢，还是直接找对方保险公司
处理 ？ |

我的公司现在已经帮助我解决拖车，修车，和租车。那么到时候应该也是我的保险公司
出马去问对方要钱吧 ？我自己有什么权利提出我的索赔呢 ？

However, many states don't support diminished value claim. Do a google
search to find out if your state allows it. |

觉得身体不舒服，去医院做个检查，拍个片子之类的，先留个记录
省的过两月，突然觉得颈椎，腰椎等哪里不舒服，没人管
至于那个resale value的损失，每个州不一样
有些州还专门有人开公司，帮你索要这种损失的，但是最后怎么分钱我不太清楚

to collect "diminish value" of you car. The collection
agency will talk to the other party's insurance
company. All you need to do is to wait for an
inspection from the other party's insurance company.
However, collection agency will keep 1/3 of the
money as their commission.

allow the owner of cars ask their insurance companies
to pay diminished value even if the accidents are their
own fault.
For OP, it is other people's fault. He/she should be able
to hire a collection agency and negotiate with other
party's insurance company.
