发帖数: 123 | 1 Hi, my friend forgot a traffic ticket and the court sent him the notice with
wrong address. He never received it. However, for no reason, the court didn
't check his correction address on DMV and may continue to send him the
notice. Six months later after the trial, my friend's driver license is
suspended, but he still don't know because he didn't get the notice. One
year later, he found his insurance rate jumped a lot and found from his
agent that the cause is the un-received notice. The insurance company
provided the evidence that the court used a wrong address. Can he fight to
clean his record of license suspension and how? Thanks, | D***I
