叫了警察， 没说谁的fault.
因为半保， 向对方保险claim, 对方说不是他们责任。
那位老司机有经验？

我觉得应该是后车速度太怪和跟车太近，虽然比较倒霉 |

刹车--》 正常行驶
所以凡是前面车失控导致后面撞上的，一般都是前面车全责
