Talking about Kobe, kobe didn't participate in team practice because he was
resting his knee. He had an offseason surgery on his knee. Also he has
resumed team practice since Jan 2011.
For Tmac, we are talking about his early years, from his rookie season up to
his first couple years in Rockets.

的问题。serious about practice，并不等于go all out，甚至教练都未必会这么要求。practice强度本身也低于比赛，更别说go all out了。
