I am doing southern blot using these system listed combined
invitrogen iblot system + Roche Dig labeling + IRDYE 800 southern blot
Now the problem is , I got unwashable high back ground under either 700 and
800 spectrum
Could anyone en-light me a bit on what is going on in my system?
