主要是virtual card过期了被这个搞到就得换卡
怀疑fp也有活跃用户的指标，要不怎么忽悠风投呢

这样搞风投说不过去啊
其实我估计就是想把不活跃用户踢掉，把号码也好收回来。

条件才会被charge 1cent 维护费。
我最近的确被charge了1 cent 维护费，但只是violate(b),看来是扣错了，
而同时，我有不少账户闲置很久也没被收 1 cent 维护费，所以没violate
(a)的话应该没问题。 | x*****9

用虚拟卡的，设置个一毛钱的限额，长点过期时间就行了

发帖数: 320 | 8 A的意思是当月付过$，不管是它的plan service还是topup都算
你难道有账号每月付费从来没用？大多数人应该都没交过钱，都violate a
terms的意思是a)未付费 and b)未使用就可能会charge 0.01
反过来a) b)只要满足一个，付费or使用超过5mb就不会收0.01
付费是不可能的，所以还是使用比较靠谱
就目前看0.01好像是随机的，抱怨的还不是很多
希望满足b)能100%避免吧。。。

发帖数: 26 | 9 8楼正解，我6楼的分析被那个and误导了，a
和b在同一billing cycle 是 exclusive的，freedom pop应该用or。
目前violate b的话,未必被扣钱，起码绝大部分人没事，term里只是提及reserve the
right
扣钱而已。
：b)里面的使用<5mb 和 打电话<5 minutes 之间是 or ，逻辑上看只要有一
个满足就会
：被charge $0.01. 也就是如果想避免 $0.01 需要用5mb或多于5mb数据而且要打5分钟
