发帖数: 2 | 1 We are renting out our basement with a bedroom and full bathroom for $850 a
month in Centreville. Looking for a neat and clean professional person to
rent. Your room will be on the basement with a private bedroom, private
bathroom and private walk-in-closet (all room in basement, don't need walk
out of the room). The room is 20x15. We just remodel the basement last year.
A 3-level townhouse in a great community. Shared laundry room is in the
basement. Please no smoking and no pet inside. Maximize occupation is 1
people in the basement. Single is better.
This is a three month lease, with possibility to extend thereafter. Rent is
$850.00/month. Utilities included in rent: Version Internet (50/50mbps),
Local TV, water, gas, electric. One month security deposit and first month's
rent due upon lease execution. Security deposit will be refunded after move
out according to the lease agreement.
Great Location:
Close to the 28 and 29 are easy access to 66 highways
Close to library, Village shopping center, Sully Station shopping Center,
Costco, Target, etc.
Walking distance to the Cub Run Park, trails.
