Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Greet and assist customers and visitors via phone, email, and face-
to-face interaction
• Prepare, issue, and mail receipts, bills, policies, invoices,
warranties, statements, and checks
• Maintain HR records and other files
• Account bookkeeping and data entry using accounting software
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
• Experiences with Quickbooks accounting software
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel,
Powerpoint
• Must speak both English and Chinese
