发帖数: 247 | 1 因为搬家所以想转租Santa Clara Bella Vista高级小区的2b/2b,大小1175ft2，为end
unit, 在一楼. 两个房间很大均超过160ft2，客厅巨大超过460ft2, 阳台也是小区中最
大的. 本人今年2月26号开始租此公寓，但是因为疫情原因在外地直到上个月才入住,
所以公寓保持完好. 当前lease 02/25/2021到期.sublease available date: 12/18/
2020. 到时公寓会清空且打扫。
Sublease超低价: $2500/month (包所有utilities), 比Bella Vista网上lease价格低$
900, 并且condition
完好.适合需要短租或者需要budget rental的人. 可以从任何时间开始租，价格按
prorate计算.
