我听说的都是140提交日期是priority date.

A Priority Date is the date when a PERM Labor Certification is filed with
the Department of Labor or the date when an immigration petition is filed,
whichever comes first.
If Labor Certification is a pre-requisite for an immigration petition, as in
most EB-2 and for all EB-3 categories, the petitioner cannot file an I-140
immigration petition until the Department of Labor approves the |

a so-called in-process status. |
