发帖数: 296 | 3 Really? I thought the INFOPASS officer would only be able to tell you the latest status of
your case (name check, pre-adjudicated, etc). I dont't know they can make
the decision to approve a case during the INFOPASS, unless the case is at the CIS field office.
If a case is still at the service center (NSC/TSC), then only the examiners at the service center can approve the case. Below is what my lawyer has described to me in his email:
