My case is current this month and I have been waiting for the approval
notice anxiously as others did. On 08/02/2010, I contacted Congressman in
order to accelerate the processing of my I485. Just now, I received the
reply from Congressman staff, saying that my biometrics is unclassifiable
and has to be redone. They should have noticed me the situation years ago.
In addition, they are saying that my daughter’s biometrics is |
