如果今年底开始申请EB2，比如PD12/15/2010，那么最有希望何年何月能有希望绿？（
不考虑大的移民改革）
考古前面的帖子，如果一年能处理6000个案子，我觉得08、09和10年的人并不多，但07
年那年大放水，到底有多少人开始排队？

国内博士教育也大跃进，
So many Chinese J1 and H1B visa holders come to USA, these numbers increased
dramatically after 2007, so more people filed EB1 and NIW, this is the main
reason why NIW increased dramatically.
So total numbers of EB2C increased a lot, although PERM dccreased. |

From my observations, this dramatic increase is due to
the increasing number of students who persue a bachelor degree.
This guys may influence GC application in the long run,
but has no effect on 08-10 applications.
My observation in another aspect is that the number of Chinese PhD students
who came to US as PostDoc did not increase in 08&09 compared with 04-07.
And many of them have faculty positiions in China and will not stay in US.
Of cuz, my scope is limited. More data are welcome.

年7月的存量就需要一年时间

increased dramitically,

It means more J1 visa holders persue EB1/NIW in USA compared to 2007.
My observation from NIH (Maryland) more Chinese postdocs persue EB1/NIW
compared to 2007. In my previous university (in China), more Ph.D students
come to US and hope to filed EB1/NIW. |

1. More J1 and H1B visa holders came to USA from China after 2007.
2. More J1 visa holders applied for J1 waiver and already filed EB1/NIW.
