as goodbug stated. July 1st, 2006 is the cutoff date (EB2 China) that if
you submitted your 485 before already, your 485 CAN be approved next month (
Feb. 2011), if you did not submit your 485 yet, you can submit your 485 next
month and may be approved next month also if you are luckly enough. Hope
