发帖数: 1170 | 3 140k EB quota. about 10k to China and Indian. So ROW should have 120k.
40k PERM * 2 = 80k EB2 and EB3 for ROW. Not sure how many EB1 but should
be very few. Let's count another 5k.
120k - 80k - 5k = 35k SO from EB ROW alone. Where did they go? Actually
those 40k PERM includes I and C, so ROW should be even fewer. Right?

Lots of eb3-row is upgrading to eb2, according to Mr. O.
Therefore, the demand from eb2-row has never been low. | i**y
发帖数: 1170 | 5 You mean there were dozens of thousands of ROW NIW? I don't see it,
especially when their PERM does not require any waiting time.
Anyway, I am not talking about eb2, I am checking the entire EB ROW should
have 40k+ quota left in FY2009, no matter EB1/2/3. NIW ROW should not be
greater than I/C EB2 PERM, so 40k+ in my original formula is still there.
Where are these 40k+ quota?
