需要公司提供同类工作证明，但是有以下几个疑问，希望有经验的大虾解惑：
（1）140approval notice 和 485 receipt 原件在原来公司的律师手里，如果他们不
给会影响绿卡批准吗？
（2）如果希望make sure新工作跟原来的工作同类型在跳槽，需要新公司律师做些什么
呢？是不是 AC21就可以了？
（3）新公司还能帮我renew EAD 和 AP 吗? 如果拿不到485 receipt的话.(我只有复印

copy is good enough
USCIS. and those response will be very slow, if they will get you one. I do
not think the new lawyer will do snything useful for you.
是不是 AC21就可以了？
EAD and AP can be done by yourself, because 485 belongs to yourself.
Surely anybody can pay it for you if they are willing to do that.

确定新的工作是类似的，怎么才能搞到perm申请的category呢。

A question:
If 485 after 180 days and change job. Can I still extend my H1b in my new em
ployer ? I think I can if the old employer didn't revoke the 140 but what if
they revoke ?
