not stable, if I jump, the I140 will be revoked, so I can not extend H1B
I want to do following step, please give me some advise if it is working
plan
1. apply another part time H1B with my friend company, so I140 wil not be
revoked
2. apply GC by using that part time H1B, so I will have two EB2 PERM that
time
3. using new I140 to renew or extend H1B

Yes, I know my first company will revoke my I140.
because of that, I want to apply another GC in my part time company. and
extend my H1B by using my part time company's I140.
Can I do that?

purpose. Your friend can start the PERM process for you now since green card
is for future employment. You can transfer your H1 to your friend's company
if you get let go from your current company.
