decide to apply under EB2 or EB3 based on job requirement. EB2 if BS+5/MS;
EB3 if BS+<5.
So get your PERM approved first. Then worry about EB2/3. Good luck. |

你这太误导人了哈，perm广告用语就是eb2/3的铁证。广告要求5years or ms就是eb2.

发帖数: 10056 | 9 PERM is a labor cert under labor dept. EB is employment based category under
USCIS. Most people confuse the two.
In PERM, you only specify job requirement such as BS+5yrs, MS+1yr. Once PERM
approved, your employer files 140,
there they can choose EB2/3 based on job requirements. That means, your
employer can select EB3 even job requires
MS.

EB2 but it's not a must. BS+<5yrs can only go EB3.
My point is LZ should just go get PERM with his job requirement to get PD.
