Is there any way to check your priority date on USCIS's system? I changed
jobs before so for both approved I140, I have different priority date on
the letter. I want to know which date is on their system? Anyone knows?

received date is your PD.

发帖数: 434 | 4 你已经批了的140(应该是第一个)上最早的那个PD就是你的PD.当然你也可以用第二个
140上的.
理论上在你申请第二个140的时候,你应该要求PORT你的第一个140的PD到你新的140上(
附上你的APPROVED的140,并在COVER LETTER注明).
现在的情况,你可以按照你早的PD (第一个140)交485,并在COVER LETTER里面解释,并要
求PORT你的PD. |

a further question, if the first 140 was approved after I changed job, say a
month after, does that PD still work? I know my friend's case was like that
and got her GC. But I want to make sure. I 'd like to find out on the USCIS
what my pd date they have. I tried w/ my case # but there is no PD info at
all.

发帖数: 434 | 9 只要你有APPROVED的140的COPY就没有问题.那怕你的公司REVOKE了你的140.当然,不能
因为你的申请FAKE的原因.
如果你没有拿到,你也可以从USCIS拿到一分.不过好象比较复杂.具体自己找找.
