Could anyone answer my questions? Here is my case.

Priority date: Jun/2007 for my first PERM
after changing my job, I resubmitted PERM and have it approved this March.
The new I-140 was submitted in March and currently pending.
It seems like that my original priority date will be current next month.
What I heard is that I can only use my original priority date until the new
I140 is approved. Is this true?
what is the typical I140 approval time for TSC? How much faster with premium
processing?

发帖数: 1770 | 2 you can carry PD if your 140 is approved. so your pd will be the date you
submitted your second PERM. you can not use your first PERM unless your
first PERM had an approved 140, and also you need to provide proof to that (
usually from your previous employer).

My previous PERM has an approved I140. And I am working in the same company
however at different location.For this case, can I use my original PD date?
