I am EB2 with 485 pending. My PD is in January 2007 and will be current next
month. Now I am self-employed with annual profits around 50K$. How to prove
that I am employed for I485's final decision? It is hard if I claim self-
employed?
Can I work for another guy which is also self-employed? i.e., I work for her
/his company and he works for mine, and we support each other with
employment proof.

发帖数: 53 | 2 self employment is fine in your case, if you can prove your current working
field is same as the one you filed originally.
But if there is no REF, you will get the GC without doing anything.

However, my lawyer just told me that it could be very hard these days to
claim self-employed in case of RFE. Not sure if he is right or not.
If there are any other persons in similar situation on this board, we can
support each other. According to the lawyer, it is much easier.
