发帖数: 1737 | 5 I had my interview (EB3 based)back in 2008. I guess my files stayed here
until the end of June and it was transferred to the TSC (my PD became
current on 7/1. It is good that they recognized my case as EB2 because I
just recently re-filed my I-140 under EB2). I found this out when I called
them last week. I went in for the Infopass this morning, and the guy told me
that there was not an available visa for my case. he told me that he would
email the TSC folks and they would get back to me in 4 weeks, but he didn't
make any calls right there and then.
