What are those 12000 cases? Why all of them go to TSC?
I'm in Texas so I think officers in TSC are lazy these days due to extremely
hot weather.

filed to TSC, and therefore comes to such conclusion.
But the fact is that there were rare "报绿" from TSC recently. I believe
there must be some reasons.

eb2c的pd比eb1的靠前的多
在批485的时候优先级要高
自打eb2排期大跃进，tsc的pending eb1 485个个吐血。你去隔壁看看6、7月份的帖子
，那时候一个月批10个就不错了，而且集中在月底那么一两天。
