个。12月的PD已经到2008年3月。
最近刚好拿到一个心仪的offer，如跳槽的话， 公司答应半年后重新开始办绿卡。工作
性质变动不大，PD倒是可能可以port过去。 但现在听说Perm 和 140 办得很慢。 所以
有疑虑。
我的情况是不是该跳？

will get your GC in your new place. I don't think you can submit 485 before
summer 2012. You should have plenty time to get perm approved bfore your PD

H-1 就能去了，到排期的时候，就用旧的140 file 485 就行。如果新的公司工作 （相
同或类似性质），就提供w-2，paycheck，如果去读书，就提供I-20, 说我140 下来，
就解放了，听得我半信半疑，是不是真的啊？

you can not 用旧的140 file 485. Who is your lawyer? Is he suggest you to
cheat USCIS? (hoping old company does not revoke 140, then when you file
your I-485, you pretend you were still working for the old company...).

就行。所以，只要140不被revoke,就可以，递485和公司无关，是个人申请。

my PD is 06/01/2009. Say if, by the time I can file I140 with new company,
the EB2C already moves to 08/01/2009, then I can't file 140 and 485 together
, and I have to file I140 and then I485.
Do I understand correctly?
18 months is really a long time, but with current pace, I expect get to file
485 around end of next year. So it is about 6 months more waiting time.

The question is, do you have the intention to work for your old employer? Do
they have a job offer for you when you have the green card? If answer is
yes for both questions, you are perfectly fine. If not, then filing 485
without good intentions can be an act of fraud.

窗口是指像现在这样的排期前进期，因为O说未来几个月有可能后退。如果到时候后退
了，这个月CURRENT却没法交485的就错过窗口了。
如果3012通过了，就不会出现这种前进再后退的情况了。

雇主不WITHDRAW我的140的情况下，新公司才能为我做H1 transfer/extention.
象我这样的情况基本就没有换工作的可能了呢？怎么能知道现任雇主会不会WITHDRAW我
的140呢？我现任雇主用的是FRAGOMEN做移民律师。

和老公司会不会回收140没关系
我觉得你最好跟老公司商量一下
