proceedings. 1 journal paper is under second review. 2 journal papers were
just submitted. 2 journal papers are in preparation. I have 3 pending patent
. Totally I have 14 citations. 7 citations are independent. I have reviewed
12 papers as an independent reviewer (for 2 journals and 2 conferences).
One lawyer said my case is doable, but I need at least six strong letters
of support from experts in your field. Other two lawyers would like to help
me to apply. It seems they are not positive.I want to apply EB2 NIW. Could
you give me any suggestions?
Do the independent citations mean the citations from outside the research
group or just non-self citations?

outside the group.
Some citation has 5 authors, 4 are from other groups, but one is my adviser.
So this one does not count, right?
Any suggestions to improve the case? More letters of support? More reviews?

strongly depend on your major.

national interest, your case is strhaong enough |

发帖数: 1099 | 8 杂志和会议文章就数量而言，已经足够。再用各种方法查查citation,看能不能多挖掘出更多，因为用citation比较容易说明你工作的影响力。专利也是一种资源，最好有被别人购买的。 |

just a little modeling. The major theoretical work is still in review. I
will try to get some good reference letters.
Do you think the reference from China will work for proof of US national
