PERM file (this date will be your prority date) - PERM approval - apply for
I140 - I140 approval (after this point you can keep your prority date if you
re-apply the application again for job changes, title changes, or upgrade
from EB3 to EB2) - waiting for your prority date to become current - file
for I485 ( with or withour EAD/AP) - I485 approval = green card.

passes, you probably will have a pretty short wait time from I140 approval
to filing I485, and you should probably wait then. |

同时，这样会不会对以后申请F-1有影响？有人说140批了以后才会有影响，也有人说
