关于工资问题时不时会有同学提上来讨论。答案：Offered wage must be greater
than or equal to the prevailing wage. If the company chooses to use a range
as offered wage (x, y), then x must
be >= prevailing wage. 如果现在的工资比PW高，Offered Wage = Current Salary,
or (Current Salary, y) if the company uses a range.
所有需要列出工资的地方都应该跟最后的ETA9089表格一致：Notice of Filing and
SWA (salary offered is required by certain state workforce agencies)
