公司在Job Hunting网站上登了广告(软件工程师)，说要登30天。
心里没底，担心会收到很多简历，想请问一下大家的情况。 |

发帖数: 113 | 5 有没有哪位同学，收到的简历都不合格(F1或没有达到基本要求)，不须要面试任何人？
还是一般都需要经过面试才能disqualify all candidates?

candidate and then laid off the PERM applicant.
It happened to my friend....then she was out of status right away. |

我听说的是，简历一看就不合格的，hr就可以刷掉了。hr刷不掉的就要给老板给面试了

My Software developer ad only has master +2 year exp, very broad. not one
single resume received. |
