不过打电话知道了个trick, 他们的expected processing time for NIW 是 6-6.5
month。 如果你的抄过了这个期限，打电话到NSC，他们回给你个Case Number， 他说
给了case number 的他们会在14天内处理完。我approval notice正好在case number
后的 14 天。他们是能拖就拖啊。 |

BTW, how to make the phone call? Mine has been more than 6.5 months and want
to know how to push them to speed up the process.

. The data is May 16th for NIW 140. The lady said they can help if the case
was submitted before the process time. Otherwise wait.

the website below showed that NSC is processing cases submitted after Jun 16
2012.
My question:
When I make the call, what should I do?
How should I push them to review my case?
Any suggestion would be really appreciated!!!

发帖数: 1041 | 10 Thank you for samsam457 (sam), he told me the instruction and I followed his
instruction and contacted USCIS today.
Here is the process:
Have your I-797 ready
Call 1-800-375-5283 and it will be answered by a representative if your case
is submitted earlier than the date listed in the website. For example, in
the website, currently NSC is processing NIW I-140 cases submitted after Jun
16 2012. So any case of NIW I-140 submitted to NSC before that date has not
yet processed will be taken care of.
You will be asked for some inform, such as name, date of birth, area code,
phone number, mailing address, case number, date when you submitted the
application and you will be given a reference number to track your case.
I was told that it would take 15 days for update from them.
