有什么区别？
是不是选Yes要等Department of labor 给labor certification 啊？

certification is required, then the original individual labor certification
must be submitted with the petition, unless the original labor certification
has already been provided to USCIS..., or the petitioner select "Yes" for
Item Number 8., Part 4, asking USCIS to request a duplicate original
certification form the DOL.
看来选Yes也有道理。 只是不知道选No有什么好处。

如果是降级的话，original已经提供过了，就不需要提供了，选no可以节约时间。如果
选yes,还要等DOL提供copy，一定耽误一些时间，要PP的话就没那么快了。应该是这么
