FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on March 17, 2014. We mailed you a receipt
with information about processing.
Timeline:
TSC
140 & 485 Concurrent filing
RD 1/24, 1st PP sent on 2/3 when received RD notice, rejected in 2 days
according to lawyer; Lawyer sent 2nd PP immediately after hoping that TSC
rejected the PP by mistake, then rejected again.
3rd PP sent on 3/11 and today 3/17 just got the txt notification.
Does this mean it's accepted? Thanks |
