unused" Employment numbers prescribed by Section 202(a)(5) of the
Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) has allowed the India Employment
Second preference cut-off date to advance very rapidly in recent months.
Continued forward movement of this cut-off date during the upcoming months
cannot be guaranteed, however, and no assumptions should be made until the
dates are formally announced. Once there is a significant increase in India
Employment Second preference demand it will be necessary to retrogress the
cut-off date, possibly as early as November, to hold number use within the
fiscal year 2015 annual limit. . |

。尊重一下人家说的原意。
不过BTW，奥本明摆着让EB2C快EB2I快一点所以2c吃不了SO。FUCK! |

是象征性地进一下让2c吃不了任何SO
目前为止PD 2009/9 的还没报过绿，TSC更慢，本财年剩下的日子能把2009/10月前清完
就不错了，大家该催得还是要催，有种预感下财年前几个月会进得很慢

发帖数: 1170 | 5 拜托，仔细读读？他说现在的推进不可持续，如果demand增加，就会倒退，最早11月开
始退，这样可以保证2015年的名额够用。也就是说，退只有一个条件，就是2015年名额
不够用了。
