今天打电话，居然不告诉我"address we had on file at that time"是什么，让我去
问infopass.
The status of this service request is:
On August 22, 2014, we mailed you a Request for Evidence (RFE) to the
address we had on file at that time. As a courtesy, we will re-mail the
Request for Evidence. Please allow 30 days for delivery. Please follow any
instructions in the notice. Your case is currently in suspense or on hold
until we receive your response, or 87 days from the date the notice was
originally mailed, whichever comes first. In the future, if you change your
address please contact customer service at the number provided below.

some as mean. Try to call at a different time, hoping for a nice agent!
Based on my experience, tier2 agent should know your address. | S**********y

tier 2 agent told me the address, which is the correct one. Did you get your
RFE from regular(first class, non-certified) USPS mail?

发帖数: 165 | 4 I am sorry. I did not have RFE. I had address change and I received response
by first class mail and green card by 2-day air. You will have to ask sb
who received RFE. Good luck!

Infopass一次，上周受到信说再等45天。。。
