This response is in regards to your January 14, 2015 e-mail on behalf of
your constituent, Mr. ** concerning the status of his Form I-485,
Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, he filed
with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on January 24, 2014.
Mr. ** is an approved EB-3 with a priority date of February 16, 2011 from
China. According to the visa bulletin, visas are currently available for EB
-3 from China with a priority date of March 1, 2011 and earlier. Mr. **'s
application is currently in-transit to an adjudication officer for review.
If Mr. ** has not received a USCIS decision or other notice of action
regarding his Form I-485 within the next 21 business days from the date of
this e-mail message, you may send us another inquiry regarding this case.
这个“currently in-transit to an adjudication officer for review” 是怎么回
事儿？难道是从架子上拿下来了……正在小车上……而且这个21 business days也略奇
怪，不是一般是30/60/90天么？
p.s. 之前一直以为议员随便抓一个来问就好了，结果上次问的congressman到现在还没
消息……难不成他们问的channel还不一样？

Mr. XX's application is currently with an adjudication officer for review.
His wife is currently a derivative of Mr. XX's application and is being
adjudicated along with Mr. XX's application.
这个看起来正常了一些，希望不要有RFE（RD过去一年了） | y******0

According to USCIS electronic records, the adjudication of XX's Form I-485
is currently pending at the NSC; however, this Form I-485 is currently in
transit to an officer for adjudication at the NSC. With respect to your
constituent’s requests for expedited processing and confirmation of a
background check clearance in his permanent residency case, we are unable
to
grant requests for expedited processing in Form I-485 cases; and we are
unable to provide information pertaining to the background check process at
