OMB Meeting Update:
Question: Since this rule has followed the rule making process from the
start as per EO12866, does it satisfy all the criteria of rulemaking? We
hope that there will not be any unnecessary roadblocks or delays and hope
that the OMB appproval is the only final step.
She said that it has satisfied all criteria of the rulemaking process and
OMB approval is the only one remaining.
