估计这个月绿不了了，NSC的意思是按照RD来处理。我这个awaiting review的状态是不
是连name check, security都没clear？
也找了议员，议员的回复是这个月这类case的请求太多，NSC暂时不接受议员催绿请求
，因为下个月马上要倒退。
原话是：Due to the large number of these cases, the Nebraska Service Center
is not expediting this case simply because the visa numbers are
retrogressing. | K**I
